Transport Study for the Municipality of Nikea – Ag.I.Rentis

The Traffic and Parking Study of the Municipality of Nikaia – Agios Ioannis Rentis aims to update existing traffic data and create a modern, safe, and functional urban mobility environment. The study complements the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (SUMP) and the Urban Accessibility Plan (UAP), aiming for comprehensive local mobility management and enhancing the city’s quality of life.

Main Services Provided by Polinde

  • Review of previous studies, data collection on existing land uses, Urban Planning Units, socioeconomic characteristics, demographic data, and spatial planning context,
  • Field Surveys and analysis of the current traffic conditions,
  • Development of scenarios for improving the transportation system,
  • Development of the Optimal Implementation Scenario, including specification and cost estimation of measures,
  • Traffic signage and parking study.
