Tbilisi Sustainable Urban Mobility Project

Development of an integrated, modern, safe, and sustainable Transport System in Tbilisi, that will support and meet the travel needs of its citizens, businesses and visitors. The project is built around the delivery of the two main components – the ITS Component and the EcoMobility Component.
The scope of the EcoMobility Component is to convert and expand EcoMobility networks and design and implement "Green Urban Mobility" corridors. The ITS Component implements a control center including data platform, on-street sensors and state of the art signaling technology, as key element for a climate-sensitive real time monitoring and management of urban traffic flows and parking space.

Leading the Ecomobility team, in charge of the preparation and implementation of the EcoMobility Work Programme, with main tasks:
- Project initiation and critical review,
- Detailed planning and design of project components,
- Preparation and implementation of procurements,
- Assistance during implementation,
- Stakeholder engagement and public participation,
- Preparation and implementation of Accompanying Measures,
- General project management support including all ESHS measures.
- Technical expertise in Traffic Engineering, providing support in the preparation of the detailed design and the supervision of the installation of the Fully Adaptive Traffic Light Control System.
