Road safety – Prefecture of Attica

Region of Attica interventions study for the improvement of the road safety in the road network of North – East Attica section of the prefecture of Attica

This project involved the detection of black spots and determination of proposed implementation of interventions in road infrastructure in order to reduce the number and severity of road accidents into the study area. Detailed road safety inspections were carried out using video recording covering a large number of aspects like Geometric Design Elements, signing, roadside safety provisions etc.
