Operation and Maintenance of 14 Regional Airports in Greece

The surveys of this project are part of the wider project of the privatization of 14 regional airports of Greece, located on the mainland as well as on islands. The surveys undertaken in the context of this study included automatic traffic volume counts, manual classification traffic counts, forecourt spaces and parking spaces surveys for 7 regional airports of Greece (Rhodes, Kos, Santorini, Mykonos, Mytilene, Samos, Skiathos). Finally, the provided parking spaces, the average dwell and peak times for tour buses, public transport and taxis were analyzed for these airports.
